Calendly with tkana
Instead of sending a link and hoping the customer books, the agent books the meeting itself.
Calendly is the first connector on the upcoming Connectors page in the tkana portal. You connect your account yourself with a single sign-in, and the agent uses it straight away: it qualifies the interested customer, then books the demo or meeting in the same conversation. Today our customers paste a Calendly link by hand, and that is what we are changing.

A Connectors page in Settings: click Connect, approve on Calendly's page, and choose which agent uses it. Before connecting we tell you what the agent will be able to do, including creating events. The design is approved and we are building it, with no announced date.
