When you sell the deal yourself: on every month the customer pays, for as long as they stay, renewals included.
When you refer the customer and our team closes: on every month the customer pays, for as long as they stay, renewals included.
On an annual plan, your commission is paid in one go, and again on each yearly renewal.
Paid within 30 days of the end of the month the customer paid tkana, with no minimum. If the customer is refunded or cancels within 30 days, the commission is deducted.
A business you refer that signs up within 90 days counts for you.
You demo and sell at our published prices, and the contract and payment are always directly between the customer and tkana. No discounts other than your own partner promo code.

Partner questions
Do I need technical skills to become a partner?
No. Referral and enterprise partners do no technical work at all. Sales partners get training from us before they start. A platform partner gives us access to its API, and we build the integration.
How is the commission worked out, and when am I paid?
On published plans you earn 20% when you sell the deal yourself, and 10% when you refer the customer and our team closes, on every month the customer pays for as long as they stay, renewals included. On an annual plan the commission is paid in one go, and again on each yearly renewal. We pay within 30 days of the end of the month the customer paid tkana, with no minimum, and send you a monthly statement of your referrals. If the customer is refunded or cancels within 30 days, the commission is deducted, and a business you refer that signs up within 90 days counts for you. Enterprise deals have their own terms in the next question, and platform partners have a personalised commercial agreement we agree together.
How does enterprise commission work?
An enterprise deal is a custom quote from our team, confirmed by the customer's purchase order. You earn 20% of the purchase order value before VAT, whether you sold or referred the deal, paid once within 30 days of the end of the month we receive the signed PO. There is nothing extra on renewals or extensions, and it is never taken back if the deal is later cancelled, reduced or unpaid. The only exclusions are fraud and self-referral.
Can I bundle tkana or sell it under my own brand?
You can demo and sell tkana with your services at our published prices, but the contract and payment are always directly between the customer and tkana. You also get your own partner promo code for your clients.
How long does an integration with my platform take?
It depends on your API and how many tools the agent needs. Once we've seen the documentation, we give you a clear plan and timeline before we start.
Is there a minimum or a commitment?
Terms depend on the kind of partnership, and we set them all out before anything is signed. Applying commits you to nothing.
Who supports the customer after they subscribe?
For referrals and enterprise deals, our team supports the customer fully. With a sales partner, you're the first point of contact and our team backs you with priority support. With a platform partner, we split support the way we agree.
What does tkana cost the customer?
Prices are published on our pricing page: each package (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) is 800 SAR a month, and customers add skills such as booking as they need them.
Can I be more than one kind of partner?
Yes. An agency, for example, can refer some clients to us, sell tkana to others, and lead an enterprise deal with us. Pick the closest type in the form and tell us the rest in your message.
